決まった車種や仕様ではなくざっくりとした希望から探す場合は全国チェーン店なので良いと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入の際の担当者がよかったので別クルマの車検も依頼したんだけど！事前見積もりは他店と比べたら最安値だったけど、検査受けの当日に娘に持って行かせたら、少しお待ち下さいって又々見積もりが出てきて、これだけ掛けないと検査通らないですって見積もりの三倍に！！当日に通らないって言われたら誰でも了承しますよね。
たちの悪いリフォームサギと変わらん対応！
で！クルマが出来たので取りに行ったら洗車もしてない、ゴミも捨ててくれてないんです。どうよ！皆さま愛想のいいだけのお店には要注意ですよ！

建物は綺麗だし、皆さん愛想はいいんですけど。
大きな凹みや傷、錆については全くふれられず納車後に気づきました。説明されたのは小さな傷ばかり…
事前に見つけられなかった自分の注意力のなさが悪いのか…勉強になりました。
他の問い合わせをしても、それは説明しましたと言った言わないの流れ。
納車さえ終われば、その後は塩対応。

車の事に詳しい訳ではないので、メカニックスタッフさん、どなたも丁寧親切に説明して、良い悪いも伝えて下さるので、迷いなく判断できています。
ただちょっと気になるのは、オイル交換等で年に2回は伺うのですが、次回予約確認時に買い替えの検討をしているとこの2年3年位話し、待ち時間に外の車を見に行ったり、チラシを見てたりしても営業？スタッフさん達、話しかけてきたりがないんですよね。そう言う営業スタンスなら仕方ないかな？と思うのですが…女性1人だから？とか勘繰ってしまう部分もかなりあります。色々なメーカー、車種をご存知かな？と思うので、世間話的に聞いてみたい事もあるのですが、わざわざ席に呼んでと言う程でもないだけに、ちょっと気にかけて欲しいかな？そこが減点ポイントです。
