★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近では数の少なくなったマニュアルミッションのHONDA車に乗って通勤しています。 オイル点検と定期点検のパックを勧められて入ったのですが、ディーラーの休みと自分の休みが被りこちらが伺う事は出来ない。なので「代車を用意して貰い、こちらに車を取りに来て貰えるのならば…」という事で入会をしたのですが、「代車の用意が出来ましたのでご来店下さい」と電話が入り「入会の際と話が違う」と尋ねたら「MT車を運転が出来る人間が少なく、対応が…」などと言われました。 その後放置していたら再度「代車の手配が出来たのでご来店をー」と電話があり、営業時間内に伺えないのでパックの解約と返金をお願いしたら「ではその方向で手続きします…」と返答されましたよ（苦笑）
そうか、HONDAはマニュアルミッション車を売っているのに、その車を運転できるサービスマンが居ない・揃えられない会社なんですねー！（呆れ＆苦笑）
Recently, I commute to work in HONDA vehicles with fewer manual missions. I was offered a pack for oil and periodic inspections, but I couldn't hear this because of the dealer's rest and my own rest. So I enrolled by saying, "If you have a substitute car, and if you can come here to pick up a car ...", I called "Please come to the store because a substitute car is ready". When I asked, "I have a different story than when I joined the club," he said, "There are few people who can drive an MT car, so I have to deal with it." After that, if I left it for a while, I received a phone call again saying "I was able to arrange a substitute car so please come to the store", and I can not ask during business hours so if I ask for cancellation and refund of the pack "I will proceed in that direction ..." Was replied (bitter smile)
Well, HONDA sells manual mission cars, but there is no service person who can drive the car / it is a company that can not be prepared! (Absurd & bitter smile)
