★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当者変更の葉書到着後、今日が初来店だったが顔見せにも来ず、フェア開催中でも抽選券を引いてとも言われなかった。前担当者の時は必ず言ってくれていたし相談や連絡も細かにしてくれていたが、たまたま前担当者が素晴らしかっただけのようだ。
今後のメンテや保険契約等も見直そうと思う。

接客がすばらしい。サービスドリンクメニューが豊富（お茶菓子付）。トイレにいろいろアメニティが揃っていてキレイ。店内にはテレビや雑誌などがあり、キッズスペースもあって、たとえ待ち時間が長くても飽きない。前車の某ディーラーとは大違いの居心地のよさ。ずっとここで車を買いたい。

When I was the former person in charge, he always told me and he gave me detailed consultations and contacts, but it seems that the former person in charge just happened to be wonderful.

The customer service is wonderful. Rich service drink menu (with tea confectionery). The toilet is clean with various amenities. There are TVs and magazines in the store, and there is a kids' space, so even if you wait a long time, you won't get bored. It's very different from a certain dealer in the previous car. I want to buy a car here forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自動車販売店で癒しの空間が充実してるる店舗はDAIHATSUが一番初めに始めたような気がします。私が知る限りでは高級店を除きダイハツが一番だと思います。
接客サービスの内容が少し変わった？様な。以前はお客様が帰る際、その日担当の方が出口まで付き添い出入口で見送りでしたが、本日は整備の方がドアの開け閉めまでして頂きました。まるで高級店の接客の様でビックリでしたよ。他のお客様にも同じ様にしてるのでしょうかね？何れにしてもサービスの質を上げる事は、その他のハードルも高く見られがちになりますので頑張って貰いたいです。
洗車だけのサービスが4月から有料だったとは知りませんでした。無料でやってもらうには、記載されてる通り点検やその他整備を行えば無料の様です

I didn't know that the car wash service was charged from April. To get it done for free, it seems to be free if you perform inspections and other maintenance as described.
