★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見積もりをして頂いた際、値引きについて一切言及していないのにも関わらず、「中古車については、値引きはしておりません。」と一方的に言われました。かなり偏った考えをお持ちの方で、率直にこの人のもとでは車を買いたくないと思いました。他のスタッフの接客を見ていても、客に対してかなり強い口調で自分の考えをつらつら述べていて、全体の雰囲気が悪い印象でした。また、車は長い間拭き掃除もされていないことが分かるほどの汚れ具合で、販売意欲が感じられませんでした。
When making the estimate, one-sidedly said, "I do not discount used cars." He had a fairly biased idea and frankly didn't want to buy a car under this person. Even though I was looking at the other staff members, I was very impressed with the customer's thoughts, and the whole atmosphere was bad. Also, the car was dirty enough to show that it had not been wiped for a long time, and I didn't feel motivated to sell it.
