１ヶ月も経ってわざわざこちらから電話したのに、返って来た言葉が
『連絡が遅くなり申し訳ありません』
呆れた。そもそも、その連絡を忘れていたはずなんですが。
本来ならば、
『ご連絡を失念致しまして、大変申し訳ございません』
が正当では？
客対応も日本語も未熟な社員は迷惑以外の何者でもない。
本当に不快。
