★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかくお金にガメツイです。駐車スペース証明書に何万も取ったり、賃貸契約終了時の掃除料も何十万も取った末に更に上乗せとか。なにか恨みでもあるのかと思うほど。スタッフの対応も誠意無いです。とにかく嫌な思い出しかないです。
Anyway, it ’s ridiculous for money. You can add tens of thousands of parking space certificates and hundreds of thousands of cleaning fees at the end of the rental contract. I think that it is also a grudge. There is no sincerity for the staff. I just have bad memories anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約書に退去費用に関して特約事項があり、経年劣化に関わらず借り主の負担とするという悪質な契約書でした。ここの物件を借りるときはお気をつけください。国民生活消費センターに相談したところ、やはり悪質であるというお話を聞きました。
