M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メールでの問合せをして1週間経っても返答がなく電話でしたところ、まだその物件が空いているのかだけ知りたかったのに、やたら個人情報を聞いてきて答えないと教えられないと言われました。とても不審に感じました。その後、第一候補の物件が内見が出来ると言われた為なるべく早く行き申込みをしたかった為、仕事の日程を変更して時間をつくりお店に伺いました。お店に到着後すぐに物件場所に連れて行ってもらえず、「内見出来るかどうか確認致します」と言われ嫌な予感がしました。案の定「申込が入ってしまったみたいで内見が難しいです」と言われ、他の物件を出してきました。担当していただいたのは、店長の阿部さんという方でした。わざわざ時間までつくって、東京から来たというのに内見が出来ないなんてショックと怒りが収まりません。申込が入ってしまったかの確認は、来店日までには事前に調べておくべきではないでしょうか？お店の責任者がこの様な行動をしてると思うと、もうなにも信じられません。あまりにも酷すぎます。もう少しお客様のことを考えて仕事をしてほしいです。やり方を見直すべきです。二度とお世話になることはないと思いますが、また同じ様な方が増えないためにも、今回はこちらに書かせていただきました。 I made an inquiry by e-mail and received a phone call without a response even after a week, but I just wanted to know if the property was still vacant, but I said that I could not tell unless I asked for personal information and answered. k	ko kokote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が酷かったので投稿します。内見時は早く入居してほしいとオーナーが言ってると伝えられて、申し込み後は引っ越しシーズンということもあり急いで準備を進めてました。しかし何日かして「いつ入居できるか全く目処が立たない」という状況に一変。更新にも間に合わずかなり振り回されました。担当者は全く悪びれる様子もないうえ、入居時期が分からなくなった際もこちらから連絡しないと分かりませんでした。言ってることも物件サイトに書いてある入居時期も適当なのでお気をつけてください。基本的に気になる物件があっても大体どこも扱ってるので、別のとこに行った方が良いです。ここを経由するのはデメリットしかありません。 I will post it because the correspondence was terrible.
