★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福砂屋さんのカステラは別格のカステラ。持った時の重さからして他のカステラとは明らかに違うズシっとした重さ。ザラメの食感も良いアクセントで段違いの美味しさ。ケーキなどは例え有名店のものでも食べたく無い日がありますが、福砂屋のカステラにはいつでも美味しく食べられるあっさりとした深みのある飽きない味わいがあります。牛乳と一緒に頂くとまた美味しいです。
 Fusuna-ya's Castella is an exceptional Castella. Because of the weight when you have it, it is a heavy weight that is clearly different from other castellas. The texture of the grain is good and the taste is not good. There are days when you don't want to eat cakes, etc. even at famous stores, but Fukusunaya's Castella has a light and deep taste that you can eat deliciously anytime. It's also delicious when served with milk.
