★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件をみつけて問い合わせ電話入れたところ、「担当者不在の為○○時に折り返す」とのこと。待っていたが、2時間過ぎても連絡なかったので再度電話すると、担当者がでたのので、電話が来ない理由を聞くと「今もどったばかり」という決まり文句。そして「何か文句あるのか」と言わんばかりの開き直った態度。小吹という担当者。時間にルーズで接客態度も☓。★マイナス５個

横田という営業マンの態度と対応が最悪です。「明日電話します」で連絡なし。
また、電話で名前を名乗って掲載物件について尋ねただけなのに、
私の住んでいる住所の家に手紙を送ってきて、私の住んでる家土地を売れとかいう内容の物を送ってきた。
「売りに出てる掲載物件の問い合わせで、名を聞かれたので電話で名乗っただけで、
コソコソと住所を調べ上げられて、『お前の住んでる家を売れ』という内容の手紙を勝手に送りつけられる」
これやばくないですか。いやヤバイです。個人情報を何だと思ってるんですかね。今の時代に。
繰り返しますが、私は聞かれたので名前を名乗っただけで、私からは一切住所を伝えてないんですよ。
そもそも買いたくて掲載物件の問い合わせしただけで何で今住んでる家をすぐに売れって手紙を
勝手に住所調べ上げられて送りつけられなきゃならないのか。頭おかしい。
私のような不快な思いを他の人にさせない意味で、ここに警告として体験を書き込んでおきます。
この会社に関わると私のように「問い合わせ電話で名前を名乗っただけで住所を調べ上げて手紙を送りつけられる」リスクがあります。
注意してください。
勿論、それでもここを利用されたい方は止めませんが、私は一切ここをオススメすることはできません。
