わ	わらわら（ニコ） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無麻酔歯石取りを行なっていたので初めて予約しました。トリミングと無麻酔歯石取りを行なって頂きました。まず、カットの要望は受付の方にお伝えしました。で、そのまま預けて言われていた時間にお迎えに行くと…。スゴイ刈られていました。そして、、、ヒゲまで無くなっていました。。。今まで他サロンですが数十回トリミングをしてもらっていますが、ヒゲの有無を聞かれずにカットされたことがなかったので、ビックリしています。もし、コースにヒゲのカットが入っていたとしても確認すべきだと思います。また、足の毛も爪が見えるくらい切られていました。ちょっと雑です。背中の部分は毛質上、バリカンとハサミでやって欲しいという要望も伝わっていなかったみたいで、全てバリカンでやられていました。他サロンさんは、お迎えの際に「どこか気になるところはないですか？」と聞かれ修正をしてもらったりしているのですが、それも無く。忙しいのか、さっさと犬を渡されお会計になりました。無麻酔歯石取りの仕上がりですが、全然取れてない！！雑すぎ！これ、お金取っちゃダメですよ！いつも行ってるサロンでも無麻酔歯石取りをしてますが、比べ物になりません。トリマーさんがちょっと雑ですね。自分の仕事をこなす事でいっぱいになってる感じでした。もう少し、余裕のある予約の取り方をした方が良いのかもしれないですね。犬にも声をかけてあげる感じの方じゃなかったので、犬に優しく接して欲しいです。 I reserved it for the first time because I was taking anesthetic tartar. R	Ryon Ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 猫のホテルを予約する為に予約電話をしました。まず犬か猫の宿泊なのか確認する事もなく話を進め、少し待ってくれと言って保留になってから8分ほど待たされました。普通こんなに待たせるなら折り返しの連絡にしませんか？そして犬の体で話が進んでいたので猫ちゃんなのですがと話すとまた何分か待たされ結果泊まれないとの事でした。10分以上保留で待たされ結局猫ちゃんは満室でしたと言われ本当に呆れました。電話応対も返事が「うん」と友達のような応対で大丈夫なのかと思ってしまいます。結果的に大事な家族を泊めなくて良かったです。 I made a reservation call to reserve a cat hotel.
