n	nic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老舗洋食屋のような佇まいですが、店内のインテリアは和です。セットにお味噌汁がついていたり、和洋折衷ですね。照明が少し暗め。駐車場はお店の二面にあります。店内に活気がないのはコロナの影響か否か。ハンバーグ2つとステーキ1枚のセットを注文。(ハンバーグは小ぶりなので女性でも食べ切れます。満腹になりますが。) ライスとお味噌汁と食後のコーヒーゼリーがセットになっています。＋180円でドリンクもつけられます。ホットコーヒーはおかわり自由でした。好き嫌いがわかれるでしょうが、ハンバーグはレア状態で提供されます。提供されてから半分に切って鉄板に押し付ける流れが静岡の「さわやか」と同じです。が、鉄板は薄いためすぐ冷めます。さわやかのように「鉄板で自分の好みの焼き加減に」というわけにはいかないので、生肉が苦手な方はよく焼きで注文された方がいいでしょう。ソースは焼肉のタレのようなものと塩ダレの2種類。ダブルハンバーグのセットでしたが、店員の方が焼肉の方のタレを手前のハンバーグにのみかけ、あとはお好きにどうぞとのことでした。卓上には岩塩も置いてあります。賛否両論あるでしょうが、私は好みでした。ソースはレジで購入もできます。着て行った服には匂いがつくので要注意！レアハンバーグを求めて3時間かけてさわやかに行くことを思えばお手軽なので、また伺います。 It looks like a long-established Western-style restaurant, but the interior of the store is Japanese.
