東京の銀座などのステーキ店等と比較にならい位の安さと美味しさです。高くて美味しいのは当たり前？ですが(あくまでも私的です)ここの店はリーズナブルな金額で非常に柔らかく臭みがなく一ミリも余すことなく上品な深みのある味でした。絶賛。
ひとくちひとくちが幸せな気持ちになりました。肉の感動をありがとうございました。
人気店ですので予め予約をしていくことをオススメします。

それにしても、この価格でこれだけおいしいお肉は食べられないでしょう。アットホームな雰囲気の中、顧客単位で状況にあわせて対応してもらえます。
うちは小さい子がいたので子供だけ小さくステーキをカットしてくれたりととても助かりました。
ガーリックライスは油を引かずに作ってくれます。ホームページにあるコースにプラスいくらかの値段で別途用意したお肉を足してなので、お肉やお野菜が入ったガーリックライスになります。
定食というのが普通のステーキハウスでいうところのスタンダードなコース。サラダからお新香まで順番にでてきます。
Ｂコースのヒレ肉と特別コースのヒレ肉では肉の部位が少し異なります。Ｂコースでは繊維が少し多く食べごたえのあるヒレ、特別コースではとろけるような柔らかいヒレです。
オススメは、Ｂコースに魚介を単品でプラス。コースの魚介には海老が入らないため、海老を楽しみたい方にはこの頼み方がオススメです。
生のにんにくがたくさん入ったタレがおいしい。やや塩の効いた味つけながら、お肉に合います。
コースでもパンを敷いてくれます。パンをサンドイッチにしてくれるのですが、これがおいしい。
ワインは値段の割にしっかりした旨味があります。一番安いので十分お肉に合います。家庭的なおもてなしの行き届いた店。駅から遠いけれど行く価値ありです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おばさんの接客が上から目線でとても嫌な思いをしました。食べ方などの説明なし。〆のご飯のときおこげを取ろうとしたら取れなくなるから触らないで！と強く言われました。だったら最初から説明してください。ガーリックライスがメニューに載ってないのも不親切。野菜の量も少なすぎてびっくりしました。せかせかしててテーブルに置くときも適当。ステーキが来る前からお店出たくなるほど居心地が悪かったです。常連には愛想を振り撒くけど新規には優しくないです。おばさん以外の店員さんは良さそうでした。その後違う場所で食べ直しました。今までで一番嫌な思いをしたお店でした。

店員が各テーブルを出たり入ったりしながら調理してくれます。
魚介、肉をタレやパン包みで味わった後、ピラフでしめるのが王道スタイル。
店員は皆気さくでノリが良く、会話も弾んでお酒も美味しく頂けるおすすめのお店です。

ステーキは各テーブルのうちの上で調理をしてくれます。魚介から始まり、ステーキ、野菜と順番に焼いてくれます。
マスター、奥さん、義理の息子さんと交代で各テーブルを回り調理してくれます。
ステーキはヒレとサーロインの2種類あります。
パンに挟んでステーキを食べるのがガウチョのオリジナルスタイル。これがカリカリのパンとの組み合わせで最高に美味しい。最後の極め付けは、オリジナルのガーリックライス。それとそのライスを焼いたもの。どんなお客様を連れて行ってもみんな喜びます。
私は通い始めて18年。大切なお客様だけを招待する大切なお店です。
決して安くはありませんが、それだけの価値があるお店です。
食べログの評価は当てになりません。皆さまぜひ足をお運びくださいませ。

コロナ禍でもリピーターのお客様は来客されているようです。さすがです！
ただし、現在お酒は8時、9時で閉店ですので早めに来店した方がいいですね。
行く前には予約した方がいいと思います。
A long-established steakhouse in Nishikawaguchi for over 40 years. It is located in a residential area about 7 minutes on foot from Nishikawaguchi Station.
Steaks are cooked on top of each table. It starts with fish and shellfish, steak, and vegetables in that order.
The master, wife, and son-in-law take turns going around each table to cook.
There are two types of steak, fillet and sirloin.
Gaucho's original style is to eat steak between breads. This is the most delicious in combination with crispy bread. The final piece is the original garlic rice. And the baked rice. Everyone will be happy no matter what kind of customer you take.
I have been attending for 18 years. It is an important shop that invites only important customers.
It's not cheap, but it's worth it.
