T	Tatsuya Yabuuchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本町製麺所さんの、ラーメン取扱い店のほうです。うどん専門店のほうは雑誌で知っていたのですが、こちらは近くをたまたま通りかかったときに目にして、ラーメンを食べられるとのことなので利用しました。平日のお昼の13時半頃に利用。食券を入店前に買うスタイルで、お釣りの出し方が少し分かりづらいかも。お釣りレバーは使えず、「返却」ボタンを押すと返ってきます。具入りの中華そばをいただきました。大盛り無料で760円。具無しのシンプルな中華そばは530円（だったかな？）で、どの麺でも大盛り無料なのはすごいです。スープはあっさりした醤油ベースでクセなく、麺もコシがあって美味しい。穂先メンマと海苔がアクセントになっていますね。お昼は定食メニューもあるようで、海鮮丼など、他のラーメン屋さんとは品揃えが違っていて、それが強みだと思います。船場の地下街にお店を出されて、この金額、サービス内容は恐ろしい経営努力をされているのだと想像します。食事の内容だけでなく、その背景も含めて頭が上がらないお店ですね。堺筋本町周辺の名店だと言えます。 This is the ramen shop of Honmachi Noodle Factory.
