た	たやわみこの on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 念願のマイホームが建って、毎日快適に暮らしています。アパート暮らしの時は、子どもの泣き声が隣人に迷惑かけてないか毎日ヒヤヒヤしていましたが今は何も気にせず暮らせています。夏はプール、バーベキューもして、マイホームだからできることだなと嬉しく思います。土地が旗竿地ですが、縦列駐車しなくてもいい土地で、車の駐車も楽々でいい土地だと思いました。リビングに段差のある、畳コーナーを作ったですが、今思うといらなかったのかななんて思いました。小さい子どもには危険で、歩き始めて、登るようになると、危なくて段差のところに大きなクッションでなんとか過ごせましたが、毎回ヒヤヒヤしながら過ごしていましま。段差をもう少し小さくするとか考えればよかったなと。またリビング階段にしましたが、冬場は2階からの冷たい空気が入ってくるので部屋が少し寒く感じます。全館空調を最初検討していましたが値段も高く、仕事も始めると家にずっといるわけでなく、帰ってきてもリビングにいることが多いためつけなくて正解だったと思います。後悔したポイントも含めて評価は星4つにしました My long-sought home has been built and I live comfortably every day.
