★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野の友達から稲刈りに人手が必要とのことで駆り出され単純な作業で身体を酷使、米作りの大変さの一端を痛感。50kg程の籾米を頂きました。東京ではこれを白米にする所がなく途方にくれ、検索しまくってやっと探し当てたお米屋さんでした。まず籾から白米にしてくれる所はこのお店しかなく、感謝感謝でやっとご飯がたべられました。なんと美味しいことか！色々な経験や勉強させれられた お米でした。

I received about 50 kg of paddy rice. In Tokyo, there was no place to turn this into white rice, and I was at a loss, so I searched for it and finally found it. First of all, this shop is the only place that makes white rice from paddy, and I was finally able to eat rice with gratitude. What a delicious thing! It was rice that made me study and experience various things.
