柴	柴田芳奈子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大清水から入りました。尾瀬沼ヒュッテまで家族で楽しめました。小屋のスタッフの方々は親切で建物内やお部屋、お風呂もきれいで清潔で快適でした。お風呂のお湯が熱すぎて入れなかったのが残念でしたが汗を気持ちよく流せてよかったです。尾瀬沼や燧ヶ岳の美しさを体感できました！ I entered from Oshimizu. I enjoyed the Osenuma Hutte with my family. The staff at the hut were kind and the inside of the building, the rooms and the baths were clean, clean and comfortable. 佐	佐々木英太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての山小屋を快適に過ごせました。宿泊者のマナーもとてもよかったです。個室襖は隙間してるけど気にしちゃいけませんよね。周囲の人より早く寝ないといびきに悩まされます寝具敷布団短いので男性は足出ますね温泉汗を流して疲れを癒せる広いくて熱目の湯船最高でしたご飯朝晩でメニューが全て違って美味しくいただけました。味が濃い目なのはしょうがないでしょうか飲み物廊下に百円の募金で暖かい飲み物が直ぐに飲めるサービスとてもよかったですその他談話室はコロナで閉鎖でしたが、ロビーにストーブがあってぬくぬくできました。トイレも綺麗だし文句無しです。福島の檜枝岐村が所在地なので掲示物等は福島の情報が多めですが尾瀬全体と周辺情報がもう少し欲しかったです I was able to spend my first time in a mountain lodge comfortably. U	U Akemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひとりで２連泊しました。当日は私を含め4組の宿泊客。私の部屋はいちばん小さい部屋で窓の外は建築資材置き場。それはいいとして我慢できなかったのは外の機械室のようなところから絶え間なく聞こえてくるらカチカチカチという金属音。それが気になってほとんど眠れませんでした。そこで翌朝部屋を変えて欲しいとお願いしたら驚くばかりの塩対応。ハードな交渉の末ようやく2階のひと回り大きな静かな部屋に移ることができました。素晴らしい尾瀬の旅の不愉快な思い出となりました。なのでおひとりで宿泊される方にはお勧めできません。 I stayed alone for two consecutive nights. There were 4 groups of guests including me on the day. My room is the smallest room and the outside of the window is a storage place for building materials. I couldn't stand it because it was a metallic sound that was ticking when I heard it constantly from a place like an outside machine room. I was worried about it and could hardly sleep. So when I asked him to change the room the next morning, he was amazingly salty. After hard negotiations, I was finally able to move to a larger, quieter room on the second floor. It was an unpleasant memory of a wonderful trip to Oze. Therefore, it is not recommended for those who stay alone.

Both of the mountain lodges in Oze are easy to spend and I love them. I was particularly happy with draft beer! was delicious.
C	Christopher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racist staff, awful treatment, poor service and subpar reception. I suppose it might be great, if you're Japanese, otherwise it seems you're rather unwelcome. Certainly not the kind of place to feel relaxed after a 4-8 hour hike.
