名古屋から東京にいる友人を訪ね、数日前にネットにて予約。 小さい子供もいる為、個室をお願いすると丁寧かつ、メニューも予め予約してありスムーズな対応に、とても心地の良いお食事をすることが出来ました。 ひつまぶしも、文句無しの外はパリパリ‥…味はふっくら❗美味しいく頂きました。 ご馳走様でした。
I visited a friend in Tokyo from Nagoya and made a reservation online a few days ago. Since there are small children, I asked for a private room and it was polite, and the menu was reserved in advance, so I was able to have a very comfortable meal with a smooth response. Hitsumabushi is crispy outside without any complaints ... The taste is plump ❗ It was delicious. It was a treat.

ひつまぶしを注文しました。初めて食べると伝えると、店員の方がひつまぶしの食べ方について丁寧に説明してくれました。 鰻は関西風(蒸さずに焼くらしい)で香ばしさが感じられとても美味しかったです。165円追加することで肝吸いに変更もできます。量も十分満足出来ます。 また場所も丸ビル内と好立地で来店しやすいと思います。 私が来店した時は予約席で結構埋まっていたので、確実に来店したい場合は予約することをオススメします。
I ordered Hitsumabushi. When I told him to eat it for the first time, the clerk carefully explained how to eat Hitsumabushi. You can be fully satisfied with the amount. Also, I think it is easy to come to the store because it is in a good location in the Marunouchi Building. When I came to the store, it was quite full with reserved seats, so if you want to make sure you come to the store, I recommend you to make a reservation.

東京で名古屋のひつまぶしが食べられるお店のひとつで、丸ビル6Fにあります。 今回は雅コースを選択。ここの白焼きは初めて食べましたが、身はほんのり甘く、三河の白醤油につけて食べると絶妙なバランスでとても美味しかったです。 その後の肝焼きも絶品でどんどん箸が進みました。緊急事態宣言さなかの来店のため、美味しいお酒とお供したかったですが、またの機会に改めることとします。 そして、メインのひつまぶしですが、パリパリに焼いた身と出汁が素晴らしく久しぶりに本場のひつまぶしを堪能できました。 今回のコース料理は内容とボリュームともにちょうどよいと感じました。華コースでは少し物足りず、葵や匠だとご飯の量を減らさないと食べきれなかったかもしれません。

I felt that the content and volume of this course meal was just right. The Hana course was a little unsatisfactory, and Aoi and Takumi might not have been able to eat without reducing the amount of rice.

同僚の退職記念ランチで訪問しました。平日限定のひつまぶし御膳(4,950円)を食べました。食べログの点数はあまり高くありませんが、とっても美味しかったです。 訪問される際は予約がお勧めです。12時からの予約でしたが、入店時の段階で、予約で満席との表示がありました。

会席コース、雅をいただきました。 ランチでしたが個室だったので、ゆっくりと食事することができました。 お店の入口では、ガラス張りの厨房でうなぎを焼いている様子を見ることができます。 うなぎは、蒸してないとは思えないほどふわりと焼きあがっており、白焼きの白醤油でも、ひつまぶしの濃いタレでも、とても美味しくいただけました。 アルコールはあまり頂かないのでソフトドリンクの話ですみません。ジュース類が美味しいです。ジュース類もラ・フランス、白桃、りんご、マンゴーがありましたが、どれもしっかりと濃い味でした。

No crowd here nor booking required. Great option if you find yourself running out of options for hitsumabushi around town (most of them are booked out in advance). Not cheap, but most importantly the eel itself is good. Very attentive and polite staff as well.
