★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になる物件がありメールにて問い合わせするも返答なし。しかたなくこちらから問い合わせするも悪びれる様子もない。実際にここの営業担当と物件を見に行った際にも質問し、調べて回答しますと言ったきり連絡なし。ふざけてるにも程がある。挙げ句物件は売れてしまい買えずじまい。一生の買い物をここに期待したがために失敗することになった。二度と使わない。まわりに使おうと思っている人がいても全力で止める。

年末に利用しましたが、初回来店時に担当してくれた方はまだ良かった。年内に契約なら仲介手数料割引かアマゾンギフトプレゼントと説明あり、年内に契約したものの割引もギフトもなし、説明もなし。
契約時に車庫証明の取り直しを確認し、｢管理会社に確認します。鍵受け取りの際にお話しします｣と言っていたが何も言われず。
さらに、鍵受け取りの時に改めて利用駐車場の番号を確認すると｢管理会社に確認します。分かり次第、電話で連絡します。｣と言われたが約2ｹ月経つ今でも何の連絡もなし。
ここの不動産屋は話にならないので管理会社に問い合わせしました。
利用はしない方が賢明な判断だと思います。

The real estate agent here is not talked about, so I contacted the management company.
I think it is a wise decision not to use it.
