日立の製品すぐ壊れる。対応悪い。

我が家は昔から日立の製品に揃えていました。前回の冷蔵庫の冷凍室が温度が下がらず今回も一回り大きな6ドアの冷蔵庫に買い替えました。ちょうど3年弱で冷蔵扉が浮いてきて金属に貼っているシートの中に空気が入ったようになりお客様サービスセンター電話し症状を話しました。その時スマホで撮った画像も送りました。後日サービスマンが来て画像通りですね。取り替えになりますと、金額が45000円と出張代金と工賃で55000円になります。と言われましたが納得いきません。今まで家電製品を使っていて、熱がない所がこんなに変形してそれも、3年も経っていない綺麗な冷蔵庫。直射日光も当たらずコンロから2.5メートルも離れています。再度お客様サービスに連絡すると同様の苦情が販売台数の一割に満たないとリコールは出さないとのことでした。しかし、ネットで検索すると我が家以外にも同じ症状の方がいます。来たサービスマンの対応といい、今回の日立の対応といい、まさに納得いかない対応で日立家電は今後一切買わないようになりました。

サポート責任者アシカイ「どうぞ弊社を訴えて下さい」 日立製品に少しでも不具合があれば、メディアに投書して、裁判もどんどん起して下さい。それが日立の公式見解で、日立は裁判を熱望しています。「訴えて下さい」とは……我が耳を疑いました。日立のサポート体制は日本で最低、最下位だと断言します。 日立製のエアコンのフィルターが壊れたため、日立公式から交換部品を購入しました。しかしいつまで経っても部品が届きません。そこでサポートに問いあわせたところ女性オペレーターが「明日になっても届かなければ連絡を下さい。該当部署(ショップ)にスタッフを行かせて確認および指導します」と親切な応対をして下さいました。 翌日、やはり部品が届かないため再びサポートに連絡して女性オペレーターの名前を告げたところ、何故か応対拒否。散々たらいまわしにされたあげく、サポート責任者のアシカイと名乗る初老の男が「サポートは一切しない。訴えたかったら訴えて下さい。日立はいくらでも裁判します」と明言しました、録音もしています。 今後、日立製品は絶対に買いませんし、我が家に現在残っている品物に不具合が発生した場合は各計各所に通報します。それこそが日立の方針なのですから。

It is also recorded. In the future, I will never buy Hitachi products, and if there are any problems with the items currently in my home, I will report them to each place. That is Hitachi's policy.

シンガポール支店顧客を叱る Try to avoid Hitachi Fridges, especially 6 door. I bought this fridges on February 2016 with SGD $3500 and just 5 years 1 month, the fridges not working anymore. Called Hitachi Singapore 65362500 and customer service requested my fridge's photo and video, hence asked for liaise via WhatsApp mobile number 9004 6549. With 10 second video, they diagnose my fridges having compressor issue and quote me the repair fees around SGD$400 ~ $600. I guess the part is constrain so it's need to take 6 to 8 weeks for the repair. Based on the WhatsApps reply in my screenshot below, Hitachi reply ok to arrange courier to bring back my fridges for repair and loan me a fridges unit (used and 2 door fridges). However, there is nobody contact me after waited a whole day. Therefore, all my food in fridges has to be throw away. Meanwhile, mistreated by customer service when calling the number above to ask for more details on repair arrangement. Not recommend to deal with this brand due to the reason below: 1) Mistreated by customer Service - First call inform my fridges broke down, 2nd call ask for warranty and repair details, 3rd call checking how the arrangement since payment done. The customer service scold me and ask me stop to calling them since they don't know all the arrangement after payment done. 2) No call no show - I stop calling customer service since being scold by the customer service above. They even say other might reach out to my after 5pm since other team is shift work. So i waited until 12:00pm, I know hitachi won't come. Tomorrow weekend, I think nobody will call me as well. 3) Expensive repair fees - SGD $400 ~to $600 for the repair fees and warranty for a month only. 4) Durable of the product - My experience might not be your experience. Think the value of money on the product. I waited a whole day, Imagine your fridges break down and you are running out of time to keep the food. With this kind of after sales service, not recommended to use their product. Don't buy thing to make yourself angry.
