その日の内に引き取りに行きましたので特に煩雑な手続きもなく、身分証明書を用意して住所・氏名等を受取確認書に記入して受け取ることができました。
但し防災センターで保管してから一週間経過した物は全て遺失物として警察署（丸の内署？）に引き渡してしまうとのことなので、そうなると膨大な落とし物の中から探し出さねばならないことになります。
OAZOで落とした、失くしたかもしれないと思ったら早目に問い合わせることをお勧めします。

However, it is said that all items that have been stored at the disaster prevention center for a week will be handed over to the police station (Marunouchi station?) As lost items, so you will have to find them out of a huge amount of lost items.
