★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は会社の同僚と３人でガツンとしたお昼を求めて大盛り食べに東京から足を伸ばして来ましたぞ〜。私は前回と同じ絶品チャーハンと野菜炒めです。大食いの同僚Aはから揚げ定食の大盛りです。写真を撮り忘れましたが彼はソース焼きそばも平らげました。そして少食の同僚Bは野菜炒め定食です。定食のスープはお味噌汁でチャーハンのスープは定番のラーメンスープでニッコリ。
こちらはキチンと美味しい出汁を取ってるのでラーメンスープも絶品なのですよ。
やっぱりチャーハンと野菜炒めは絶品ですなぁ。
なんたって強火で炒めるのでラードの香ばしさが生きてるんですよ。
これは職人技です。なかなか出ないお味ですね〜。ウットリ。
遠くまで来た甲斐がありました。
また寄らせて頂きますぞ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東武スカイツリーライン姫宮駅から約1.1km、中華のひさやさんに来ました。
ひさやさんはボリュームのある中華料理店として姫宮駅周辺では穴場の店です。
どの料理もボリュームがあるようですが、チャーハン大盛り740円（150円増し）を注文。
それから10分少々待つとスープとチャーハン大盛りが運ばれて来ました。
◇チャーハン大盛り
直径約20cmの大きな深い皿には高さ10cmを超えるボリュームのあるチャーハンが盛り付け。
画像ではいまひとつ分かりづらいですが普通の中華料理店のチャーハン大盛り三人前位の量。
ご飯三合（1050g）を使用し、その他の具材（150g）を合わせると約1200gの量と分析。
具材はチャーシュー・玉子・ナルト・長ネギを使用したシンプルな見栄えのチャーハン。
パラパラと飯粒がほぐれる様な感じでは無く、どちらかと言えばしっとりした仕上がり。
塩・胡椒・〇〇調味量などがバランス良く合わさった王道の味わいのチャーハンと言える。
＊スープ
ラーメンスープと思われるスープにはこれでもかと言う位の大量の長ネギが入っている。
ネギラー（長ネギ愛好者）の私(笑)には大変好ましい味わいでこのチャーハンに良く合う。

About 1.1km from Himemiya Station on the Tobu Skytree Line, I came to Hisaya-san in China.
Hisaya is a well-known Chinese restaurant around Himemiya Station.
Every dish seems to have a lot of volume, but I ordered a large serving of fried rice for 740 yen (150 yen increase).
After a short wait of 10 minutes, a large serving of soup and fried rice was delivered.
◇ Large fried rice
A large deep plate with a diameter of about 20 cm is served with fried rice with a volume exceeding 10 cm in height.
It's hard to see in the image, but it's about the size of a large serving of fried rice at an ordinary Chinese restaurant.
Using rice three go (1050g) and adding other ingredients (150g), the amount is about 1200g.
The ingredients are simple-looking fried rice using char siu, egg, naruto, and green onion.
It doesn't feel like the rice grains come loose, but rather a moist finish.
It can be said that it is a fried rice with a royal taste that has a well-balanced combination of salt, pepper, and 〇〇 seasoning.

近隣にコインパは無かったので、駐車出来ない時は出直し…かな？
日曜10:30過ぎ1番乗り(その後続々と来店)。
店内はカウンター4、4人掛テーブルを2つ繋げた8人掛が2。
相方が+¥150でチャーハン大盛、私がワンタンメン♪
値段に比べるとかなり量のあるチャーハンでしたが、残す程ではなかったかな。
胡椒がきいてました。
ワンタンメンはしっかりした大粒のワンタンがたっぷり！
肉も多くて、皮がしっかりしてました。
麺もメンマも薬味葱も多く、他店の大盛位にはなってました。
周囲的に焼きそば、唐揚げ、野菜炒めと人気は分散してました。
コスパも良く、味も美味しかったです。

ついでに豚汁を頼みました！
いやいや盛りが多くて豚汁の汁を完食できなかったです！
中華屋さんのオムライスの盛りにゎ注意ですね(笑)

相変わらず丁寧な接客です、ここでうちは量が多いとの注意がありましたが、お願いしました
15分程で到着、いつもの盛り具合素晴らしいです。美味しく頂きました、またお邪魔します。

As usual, the customer service is polite, and I was warned that the amount was large here, but I asked for it.

味よし！盛り良し！値段良し(高くはない！)
出前もしてくれます。範囲はありますがね〜^^;
駐車場は無いので川の方に道があるのでそちらに駐禁では無いので大丈夫(^^)

家族で昔からやってるので味も変わらなく安定してるので安心して頼めます(^^)
チャーハンの大盛りは1.5キロはあるので少食の人は注意!普通で大盛りクラスwww
結構食べる人には最適ですね〜
チャーハンはパラパラでなくしっとりでなく丁度良い感じです、油っぽくは無いので胸焼けとかはしません、具もチャーシューが結構入ってます。ナルトも結構入ってます。
麻婆定食もかなりの量があるので注意www

唐揚げ定食(1000円)は1番高いメニューですか、すごい量が来ます?
この店ではとりあえず1品食べて、まだ食べれそうなら追加注文する事をオススメします…
何をたのんでもだいたいボリューミーなので注意しましょう！(嬉し泣き)

最近のお気に入りは豚汁(290円)！
豚肉と豆腐のシンプルながら、具沢山な1杯
お椀じゃなくてやや大きめのどんぶりで出てくるので、少食の人は豚汁＋ライスで立派な定食レベルです。
あとはいつも売り切れですが、ココの餃子も美味しいです！
ひさやで唯一定食にプラスでたのんでも食べれる餃子はオススメです。(他は単品でも量がすごいので…笑)

唐揚げと餃子をオススメしたら、連日売り切れの日が続いています?

今回はカントン麺(広東麺？)とやきそばのご紹介…
カントン麺は干し椎茸が丸ごと入った具だくさんな1品！麺の上のアンのせいで全然冷えなくてずっと熱々(夏場はキツいw)
ひさやのやきそばは高火力で炒めてるおかげか、大盛りで頼んでもベチャッとせずスゴく好みの炒め加減?
写真の玉子スープはラーメンどんぶりで出てきましたw

My recent favorite is pork soup (290 yen)!
A simple but rich cup of pork and tofu
It comes out in a slightly large bowl instead of a bowl, so if you have a small meal, it is a good set meal level with pork soup + rice.
The rest is always sold out, but the dumplings here are also delicious!
We recommend the dumplings that can be eaten even if it is the only one in Hisaya that is a plus to the set meal. (Other than that, the amount is amazing even if it is a single item ... lol)

Canton noodles are a dish full of dried shiitake mushrooms! Because of Anne on the noodles, it didn't get cold at all and it was always hot (it's hard in the summer)
