★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 扁桃腺炎で受診しました。順番待ちも短くてすぐに呼んでいただけたので38.8℃の発熱があったので助かりました。診察も話をよく聞いてくれて、診てくださったのではじめは胃腸炎かな？とのことでしたが、扁桃腺炎でした。看護師さんも優しかったです。

この日はちょっと肌寒い日だったのでモコモコニット着てたけど、ニットをめくることなくモコモコの上から聴診器を当てて、一呼吸するまもなく1秒タッチでポンポンポンポンと4箇所当てて終わり。え？今ので何が聞こえるの？
血圧もモコモコの袖のまま腕帯を巻いて聴診器を差し込んでシュコシュコシューで下がってる途中で「はい、正常108-83」って…
私太ってるので常に血圧高めで130前後なのに108って…ここ10年聞いたこと無い数値ですけど(汗)
出された薬も、私が訴えた症状を１つずつ抑える薬を6種類。処方された5日分飲みきったけど、なにひとつ回復せず、より悪化してる。

看護婦さんは笑顔で明るく、雰囲気はいいです。
診察はスピーディーで、こちらの状態を丁寧に聞いてくれます。
ただ、以下の点は、患者としても留意して対処すべきと感じます。
①先生は薬の処方に際して、私が数日前に別の医者から処方してもらい服用していた薬を（問診票に書いたが）見落としかけた。
→慌てて服用中の薬を伝えました。それにより、服用中の薬の効果が今一つであることを認識してもらい、同じ症状への別の薬、抗生物質等を処方してもらえました。
②痰が絡む状態でしたが、「特に痰が出るとかはないよね？」という質問をされた。
→問診票の記載スペースが狭いため、症状を書ききれなければ、診察時に伝え、状態を適切に認識してもらう必要がある。
一方的な受け身の診察でなく、こちらが何を求めるのかを伝えることが重要だと感じました。ただ、それを聞いて処方も対応してくれる先生ですし、今後も体調を崩した際はお世話になりたいと思います。

I felt it was important to convey what I wanted, not a one-sided passive examination. However, he is a teacher who listens to it and responds to prescriptions, and I would like to continue to take care of him when he feels sick.

「コロナは茶番」とか張り紙がされてたり椅子や入り口には「コロナ対策」がされている。
Yシャツの上から聴診器を当てて（撫でるように触れるだけ）だったり信用できませんね。
薬は近くの薬局で薬剤師の方から1週間分渡されましたが症状は変わりませんでした。
その後市販薬を買い、ようやく落ち着いてきました。
写真は撮ってませんが、「インフルエンザウィルスや花粉を捕まえる暖簾」が待合室に掛けてあり、ジョークなのか本気なのか…
