ネットで受付も出来、診察も満足するまで見てもらえる。
院長も皮膚科の医師も大好きです。
ただ、受付と看護師が変わったのかな…
受付は私語が多く周りが見れてない、忙しくなると余裕がなくなり対応が悪い。
看護師はぎこちなく要領が悪く見える。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17年4月にリニューアルし、診察室、先生も増え、ウェブ予約も出来るようになってとても便利になりました。院内も清潔感があって好きです。以前は受付にたまにそっけない方が居て、少し残念でしたが、最近では電話応対、受付もとても優しく丁寧ですごく気持ちが良いです。先生も明るく優しい方でした。最寄りの小児科がこちらでとても嬉しいです＾＾

院長先生も変わり、複数の先生が交代で担当する形に変わりましたが、小児科に関してはどの先生も優しく丁寧に説明、応対していただけるので、子供も行くのを嫌がりません。
予約や順番待ちの確認もすべてWebでできるので、待合室での待ち時間も短くてすみます。また、予防接種の待合いは部屋が分かれているので、感染のリスクも少なく安心です。
時間と曜日は限定されますが、皮膚科の診療も始まりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 区の方にすすめられて行きましたが、受付の方はあまり親切ではなく感じもよくない。スタッフの人数が多く、無駄話も多い。予約して行ってもわりと待たされる。子供がはだかんぼで待ってるのに結構待たされた。かかりつけ医にしても、あまり安定して同じ先生に診察してもらえない。男の先生は信頼できるけど、他の方はいまいち。鼻につく話し方をされる。気軽にきてください的なことをうたってるくせに満足する治療をしてもらえない事もあった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの影響か鼻吸ってもらえなかったです。どっかに書いておいてほしい。耳鼻科休みだからわざわざ電車乗って行ったのに。
院長先生は優しくていろいろ気遣ってくれましたが他の方が受付含め態度も悪いし気分悪くなりました。
出入口はこの時期のせいか開け放たれていますが、すぐ道路で車通りもそこそこあるので、受付の方と親が話してる隙に、飛び出して行ってしまうお子様を何人か見かけました。受付の方も何も言わず。親に向かって「ちゃんと見ないとだめですよ〜」なんて言っていました。え？何様？って感じです。
