★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理日に1日掛かるので、事前の予約無しにいつでも引き取りに来て下さいと言われました。一応8月1日に取りにきますと伝えたものの、「気分が変わって翌日に来ても大丈夫ですね？」と確認し、大丈夫ですと言われたので3日後に来ると「事前にお伝え頂かないと困ります」と言われました。オーナーの対応もかなり横暴で、カスタマーサービスの欠片も感じませんでした。新規バイオリンもこちらで購入しようかと検討しましたが、二度と来ません。
Very dissatisfied. The owner simply views customers as cash cows and offers very confusing and dishonest explanations. I asked them to repair my violin, they told me “it’ll take a day to fix it, please drop by any time” - so I told them I’d probably come around August 1 but would it be fine if I stop by earlier in case if I change my mind” they said yes so I visited them earlier than August 1 and got told curtly that I needed to let them know beforehand, and the repair is not ready.
The owner sounded very blunt throughout the interaction as if he were a king that I felt I was not treated as a customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone, I’ll bring my business to somewhere else.
 It takes one day to repair, so I was told to come and pick it up at any time without prior reservation. I told him that I would come to pick it up on August 1st, but I confirmed that it would be okay if I changed my mood and came the next day, and I was told that it was okay, so I told him in advance that he would come three days later. I'm in trouble if I don't get it. " The owner's response was quite domineering and I didn't feel any piece of customer service. I considered buying a new violin here, but it never came again.

修理を依頼すれば、元の状態より弾きやすく、かつキレイに仕上げていただけます。イタリアの有名な工房で修行をされたオーナーの腕は確かです！しかも状況を丁寧に説明していただけるので、信頼してお任せできます。何より音調整の技術が高く、メンテナンス後は楽器が生き返ります！
また弓を購入した際は、予算内で私のバイオリンと相性のいい弓を探していただきました。最近はいい弓が減ってきているとのことでしたが、私の希望する音質が出せる弓を見繕っていただきました！
ちなみに、オーナーの製作したバイオリンを弾かせてもらったことがあるのですが、とても弾きやすく、倍音の多いステキな音でした♪

Also, when I bought a bow, I was asked to find a bow that was compatible with my violin within my budget. It was said that the number of good bows is decreasing recently, but I had you look over the bows that can produce the sound quality I want!
By the way, I once played the violin made by the owner, but it was very easy to play and it was a wonderful sound with many overtones ♪
