立地はいいのですが、少し期待外れでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マツダ車を下取りに出すのに査定をしてもらったところ、他店(トヨタ系列)では115万円のところ、ここでは89万円言われました。
他にもお店を巡って聞いてみると、110万円は提示してくれるのに、ここだけは極端に安いです。
他社メーカーを販売する自信と実力がないのかはわかりませんが、これではこのお店で買おうという意欲はなくなってしまいます。
営業マンの接客態度が良いだけに残念です。
When I was asked to make an assessment to trade in a Mazda car, I was told that it was 1.15 million yen at another store (Toyota affiliate), but 890,000 yen here.
When I visited other shops and asked, they offered 1.1 million yen, but only here is extremely cheap.
I don't know if I don't have the confidence and ability to sell other manufacturers, but this discourages me from buying at this store.
It's a shame because the sales staff have a good customer service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長が無愛想で感じが悪い。隙間から顔だけだして隠れてフロアーをギョロギョロ見ている。仲の良い客の時だけ出て来てデカイ態度で座り込んで話すなど客の選り好みをしている。テレビでゴルフを見ていることも。
客から見聞きできる所でスタッフを怒鳴り叱責していて見えない所でやれよ、と思う。事務所の方から口汚く罵る声が聞こえて大変不快である。あれは教育ではなく罵倒。トヨタの品位も落ちたもんだなと。前の店長は朗らかに色んな客に声をかける好感のある方だっただけに残念。今は店がどんよりしている。こんなに雰囲気が変わるものなのか。他の人の口コミを見ても、新しいものほど評価が下がっているのは、そういうことなんだろうという感じ。多くの方が店が悪くなったと感じているのでは。
The store manager is unfriendly and uncomfortable. I'm just hiding through the gap and looking at the floor. They choose their customers by coming out only when they are close friends and sitting down and talking with a big attitude. I also watch golf on TV.
I think that you should do it in a place where you can't see it because you yell at the staff in a place where you can see and hear from the customers. It's very unpleasant to hear a swearing voice from the office. That is not education but curse. Toyota's dignity has also declined. It's a pity that the previous store manager was a cheerful person who talked to various customers. The store is overcast now. Does the atmosphere change so much? Looking at the reviews of other people, I think that's why the newer ones are getting lower ratings. I think many people feel that the store has gotten worse.

気になる車（欲しくはないが運転してみたい車）があったのでHPで試乗予約したが何の連絡もなく、当日店に行ったら案の定予約されてませんでした。
試乗車の準備は直ぐにしてくてたものの、買わないと何度も言っているにも関わらず、大切な愛車に対してしつこく買い換え、乗り換え、下取りの話をしてきていい気分はしませんでした。人を潤沢に配置していて接客自体は悪くなかっただけに残念でした。
もし試乗だけしたい方は歩いて行くことをおすすめします。
To be honest, it's subtle.
There was a car I was interested in (a car I didn't want but wanted to drive), so I made a test drive reservation on the HP, but there was no contact and when I went to the store on the day, the reservation was not made as expected.
Although I was preparing for the test drive immediately, I didn't feel like talking about buying, changing, or trading in my precious car, even though I repeatedly said that I wouldn't buy it. .. It was disappointing because there were plenty of people and the customer service itself was not bad.
If you just want to test drive, we recommend walking.
