新車買う時に最初に提示された見積もりと実際契約する時の金額が違う。担当者が｢すいませんオプションでつけたナビの見積もり間違えてました。最初の見積もり金額になる様オプション減らしたりナビのグレード下げたり努力するのでとりあえず契約書判子押してくれませんか？｣と。
腹立つので店長と相談した結果、下取りに出す車の買取金額上げて貰う事で一件落着。

点検に出した時の事。お店の中で待ってたら担当者から｢点検終わりました。これから洗車するのでもう少しお待ちください。｣と言われさらに待機。
待ってる間はずーっと担当者がグダグダと話しかけて挙句の果ては｢ところでお客さん何かまだ用が残ってるんですか？え、何？洗車？洗車ならもうとっくに終わってますよ？｣

店の中で待ってる時にお茶と茶菓子を出してくれた茶髪のお姉さん。私がパンフレットを机の上に広げて読んでたのにその上からお盆を雑に置かれた。これが1番イラッとした。
