★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩羊かんの美味しいお店。ナイアガラろまんという、ぶどうの形をした、ぶどう餡の最中がおすすめ。塩尻でのぶどう狩りの帰りに、お土産に買っていったら、すごく美味しいと好評でした。
ここでしか買えないようなので、おすすめです。駐車場もあるので、立ち寄りやすいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年の内、元旦以外毎日早朝7時半から19時半まで店を開け、練きりの上生菓子を常にディスプレーに並べる姿勢に和菓子屋さんとしての気概と誇りを感じます。本当に素晴らしいお店です。
塩羊羹も上品で味わい深く丁寧な仕事ぶりをうかがい知ることができる逸品です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 諏訪の老舗、新鶴の暖簾分けだが品揃えはちがっている。個人的には、こちらの店がおすすめ。塩羊羹の味も、他の和菓子も普段食べるには甘味がちょうど良く好みです。お茶席には甘めの新鶴の方が良いかも。普段使いのカステラがわが家のリクエストが多いお菓子。

綺麗に掃き清められたお店で、道路の向かいの駐車場も停めやすく、何か由緒がありそうな佇まいでした。
（商工会議所のHPによると、元々は明治創業の諏訪の新鶴本店の暖簾分けだそうですが、現在はそれぞれ独自のお菓子作りをしているようです。こちらの雲居鶴さんも昭和22年創業以来、永らく愛されているお店みたいです。）
店内は広々とした印象で、季節のお菓子や定番商品が綺麗に並んでいました。
塩羊かんは、蒸し羊羹かなと思う程しっとり柔らかな口当たりですが、丹念に練られた煉羊羹でしょうか。旦那が気に入ったようです。
自宅用でしたが丁寧に包んでいただいて、開けた時の可愛いらしさが嬉しかったです。
干菓子が単体でも可愛いので、小さい子供たちが集まる時にプレゼントしたら喜びそうです。

Even a single dried sweet is cute, so it would be great to give it as a gift when small children gather.
