あ	あずききなこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応してくれたスタッフの方が丁寧で感じの良い方だったので、今後ハートマーケットでは衣類の購入やめようかと思っていたが、少し考えてみようと思った。知人にお揃いで〜とプレゼントでもらった服が不良品っぽく、ホームページを見に行ったが何も記載がなかった… プレゼントしてくれた知人が別店舗に直接聞きにいったところ、ここに書いておりますーとレジの隅の方に小さく自主回収の旨が書いてあったらしい。そういうのってもっと大きくかくものじゃないの……？しかも購入時期いつ頃ですか？と聞かれ自粛期間で店舗休んでいたこともあり、1月か2月か、かなり前になるぐらいしか覚えてないと伝えたら、そのくらいならセールやってたと思うので半額の返金ですね〜と……………信じられない。いくら購入時期不明でも、そちらの問題で自主回収しているなら、全額返金するべきじゃないの？？？と不信感がうまれた。この時点でハートマーケットさんの株はダダ下がりでした。私は1番近いこちらの店舗に行ったところ、プレゼントでもらったからというのを伝えたからか、全額返金してもらえた……店舗によって対応違うのは気になるところではあるが、対応してくれたスタッフさんが本当に申し訳なさそうに親切に対応してくれたので、少し嫌悪感が薄れた気もする…しかし、率先してハートマーケットさんで服を買うかと言われればまだYESとはいえない…… The staff who responded was more polite and pleasant, so I was wondering if I should stop buying clothes at Heart Market in the future, but I thought about it for a moment.
