★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの対応はすごく良いです。しかし、店舗にauなどのロゴが描いてあるため、カメラ店なのなかと不安になる人が多いとか。実際入店を迷いますがカメラ店です。
駐車場の入り口も少しわかりづらいかも。

年賀状作成のテンプレートは種類が豊富だ。
また、写真も価格の割に画質が良く、この店舗では、写真スタジオもあり、サービスの幅は広い。
私もそれはわかっており、家の近所という利便性もあり、年賀状はいつもこの店舗で作成します。
ただし、店員の質は平均以下。
今年発生した問題。年賀状割引のハガキと持込した年賀状のハガキを一緒に置いていた。店員が持込のハガキを確認すると言って、枚数を数えると、その際に割引のハガキも持っていった。
注文の段階で割引のハガキは一緒に持ってきたと私が主張しても、ここにはない、と店員の返答。仕方なく、色々と私が割引のハガキを探していると、店員も不安になったのか、持ち込みのハガキを見直し、直後に店員から、ありました、すいませんと、笑いながらの返事。
その後、注文が注文が終わり、価格を私が聞くと、迷惑そうに計算。しかも、計算過程で割引ハガキの割引金額を計算に反映していなかったので、それを指摘すると、イヤなかおで計算し直し、その計算した金額をこちらの控えに走り書きで記入。

レシートを受付に持参すると、その場で現像して下さいます。
「5分ほどお待ち下さい」とは言うものの、とても早く３分で仕上がります！
それに加えて、写真の品質も良く、満足しております。
