私は、週に3〜4日、ウエイトトレーニングをしています。先日、トレーニング中に腰を痛めてしまい、寝返りをするのも辛いくらいでした。痛めた翌日、とある整体に行きましたが、改善がありませんでした。
何とか治したいと思ってネットで調べていると、腰痛専門の整体を見つけました。そう！「みやけ整体」さんです！カウンセリングから施術まで、本当に丁寧で、先生の人柄も素晴らしかったです！腰痛で悩まれている方、ぜひ一度行ってみて下さい！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事中に腰を痛めてしまい、顔を洗う、靴下をはく、しゃがむなどの前かがみの動きが取れなくて困っていました。
ネットで検索していると腰痛専門との記載があったので予約をお願いしました。
説明から検査まで事細かにしてくださって、腰の痛い原因も腰ではなくスネや内ももなど意外な所にあることを教えていただきました。特にスネは緩めていただいている最中から腰が軽くなっていくのが体感できました。また、帰りの道中で視界が明るくなっていることにも気が付き、全身の状態が良くなっているのを感じられました。
自分が思っていた以上に自分の体が硬くなっているという事が体感できたので、回数券を購入して定期的に通わせていただくことにしました。
