★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてお世話になってからかれこれ15年位経ちますが、今シーズン11月後半に板を持ち込んだらこの1番忙しい時期に持ってこられても困るとチューンナップを断られてしまいました。たしかに繁忙期で忙しいと思いますが今までは12月中旬に持ち込んでも快く受け付けて頂いてました。仕事量が多くなったのか、オーナーがお年を召したのか事情が変わったのかなと思わされました。オーナーの腕は確かなので来シーズンは早めにチューンナップをお願いしようと思います。繁忙期に依頼する方は事前に確認する事をおすすめします。
It's been about 15 years since I was taken care of for the first time, but if I brought the board in the latter half of November this season, I was refused the tune-up if I could bring it during this busiest time. I'm sure it's busy during the busy season, but until now, even if I brought it in mid-December, I was happy to accept it. It seemed that the situation had changed, whether the amount of work had increased or the owner was old. The owner's skill is certain, so I'd like to ask for a tune-up early next season. Those who request during the busy season are recommended to check in advance.
