★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イオンモール川口前川の2階にあります。最新店舗ではありませんが、いつ来てもディスプレイが新しくなっていて、キレイな店内です。店員さんもハキハキしていて良いです。レジもたくさんあるので、よほどでなければそこまで待ちません。
アウトドアのコーナーとサッカーのコーナーが充実している印象です。また、ランニング系の商品もたくさんありました。イオン系の店舗に多いスポーツオーソリティさんですが、超大型店舗以外では、大きめな方ではないでしょうか。
エスカレーターを上がってすぐなので、行きやすいです。
シューズ関係はディスプレイの後ろの棚からすぐ試し履きができて、選びやすいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サイズがなく、取り寄せをお願いしたのですが、入荷した時の電話回数が、出るまで何回もかかってくる。着信履歴を見て恐くなりました。また、取り寄せの際に、住所電話番号など、個人情報を書いたせいなのか？その日を境に、訳の分からない派遣会社からの勧誘がやたらとくるようになった。スマホ変えたばかりで、連絡先も数人しか知らせてないから、流石にこれはおかしい…個人情報流出ではないですか？二度と、取り寄せは致しません。

欲しいものがすぐに見つからず、あまり時間も無かったので店員さんに聞いたが、店員さんも探せない程の酷さでした。
陳列されている所を店員さんも数分探してましたが見つからず、カウンターの奥に引っ込んで何かを調べていたがダメで、少々お待ち下さいとどこか奥へと消えていったまま戻って来ず、ひたすら待たされたが時間が無くなったので、別の店員さんにもういいですと伝えて退店しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メンズアパレル担当の店員に店頭には並んでないけどネットで在庫有りの商品の確認をしたところ、バックヤードに調べにも行かず「売れちゃいましたすいません」との回答。その後しばらく店内回っていたら問い合わせた商品が店頭に並んでいました。
たまたま他の人が手に取る前に購入できましたが気分はとても悪いです。
ネットで事前に調べて行ったのに往復一時間無駄足になるところでした。
店内放送で「商品のサイズや在庫を店員がタブレットで調べます」という内容のアナウンスがありましたが嘘でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく出来たPop-Up-SHOPの男女の店員2人組が酷い。当然のごとく「いらっしゃいませ」も無く。入っていいのか分からない雰囲気。
挙げ句の果てには、女性スタッフが陳列されているタンブラーを持って「私これが欲しいんだよね〜」と男性スタッフと談笑している始末。
いや、知らねーし！笑
そうゆう話してもいいと思うけど客がいない時にやれって感じ。
バイトさん感覚なのかな？
スポーツオーソリティのポロシャツ着たらプロ意識持てよ。
って感じです。
評価のしようがありません。
もしかしたら仕事が出来ないスタッフだからpop up に飛ばされたのかもしれません。
それならすごい納得出来ます。
