埼玉県に問い合わせたところ、ここを紹介されました。
駅からバスで20分、バス停降りてさらに徒歩15分という辺鄙な場所にあります。
障害者施設というものはたいてい人を寄せ付けない辺鄙な場所に造られます。。。
そんな場所まで遥々訪ねていったのですが、ほとんど門前払いに近い扱いを受けました。
「ウチは発達障害の子供のための施設」
「基本的に大人の発達障害というものは存在しない」
「発達障害児には例外なく幼児期の発語の遅れがあるが、あなたの話によるとそれは無かった、
そして知的障害も無かったとのことなので、子供時代に発達障害だったという可能性も無い」
「そもそもあなたが部屋に入ってきて歩いてくる姿を見れば、あなたが発達障害者ではないとわかる」
「我々には歩き方を見ただけで発達障害か否かを判断できるだけの経験がある」
「言っちゃあ悪いが、あなたは場違いである」
などと言われ、なんだかすごく迷惑そうにされて、早々に追い返されました。
その後、昭和大学烏山病院でアスペルガーの太鼓判を押されて今に至っています。
やはり素人集団である障害者支援センターなどではなく、最初から専門の医療機関に行くべきですね。
