ワキから流れ出ていた温泉触るととても熱かった。
地域のホテルへ供給しているのかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名前のとおり平でなだらかな地形になっている志賀高原内標高1,600ｍにある大噴泉で、国の天然記念物に指定されている『石の湯ゲンジボタル』の舞いを見ることができることから『ほたる温泉』と名付けられています。白煙のため遠くから発見しやすいですが出入口が少し狭いです。中に駐車スペースあります。
As the name suggests, it is a large fountain at an altitude of 1,600 m in Shiga Kogen, which has a flat and gentle terrain, and you can see the dance of "Ishinoyu Genji Firefly", which is designated as a national natural monument. It is named "Onsen". It is easy to find from a distance because of white smoke, but the doorway is a little narrow. There is a parking space inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ５月４日のツーリングの途中で立ち寄りました。走っていて白い湯気がたちのぼっていたのと前を走っていたバイクや車が入っていったのでいっしょに行くしかないと思い駐車して写真を撮りました。
I stopped by during the touring on May 4th. I parked and took a picture because I thought I had to go with him because there was white steam running and there was a motorcycle and a car running in front of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 七味温泉源泉同様に人工的ではありますが、岩で囲い工夫されてます。
噴泉の中の岩場へは立入禁止だと思うのですが、ロープが取られて？無くなっているので気を付けて下さい。
周りの景観が素晴らしい。
It is artificial like the Nanami Onsen source, but it is surrounded by rocks.
I think the rocks in the fountain are off limits, but have the ropes been taken? Please be careful as it is gone.
The surrounding landscape is wonderful.
