Hirasawa Pass - Minamisaku District

A popular tourist destination where tourists' cars, climbers climbing Mt. Iimori, and groups of elementary school students come from time to time.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get a panoramic view of Yatsugatake on that day. A clear sunrise is a wonderful view!

Yatsugatake covered with snow is beautiful. It was accessible in winter, but it was an icy road.

It is an observatory of the Yatsugatake mountain range. The toilet was clean and free. There is a trailhead for Mt. Iimori.

It is a spectacular spot with a panoramic view of the mountains of the Southern Alps. The parking lot is large and the toilets are clean! "Shishiiwa", which is about 5 minutes on foot, is even more spectacular, so I recommend it! !!

When I was driving on a mountain road casually, there were so many cars that I misunderstood that it was a cafeteria at the beginning. When I entered the parking lot, there were many hikers and I could understand. The view is good and quiet. When you go, think about your surroundings and act accordingly.

A spectacular view of Yatsugatake that can be reached by car. A favorite place to stop by whenever you come to Kiyosato for a long time. Nowadays, it is listed in guidebooks and has become famous, but since it is located in a place quite deep from the national highway and can only be accessed through a narrow farm road, it is a hiding place that strangers still pass by. It is in the same place. ⛰️ You can see from one end of the Yatsugatake Federation to the other (from Iodake in the north to Mt. Amigasa in the south), and it tells you that Yatsugatake has a wide base that is comparable to Mt. Fuji. ☕️ It's a great time to take out coffee at Kiyosato's cafe and drink while watching the scenery at this place. ?️ The recommended shooting location is the top of Shishiiwa, which is right next to the parking lot. Since artificial objects such as signboards are not reflected, the scenery becomes more magnificent. However, unfortunately there is a golf course in front of you and you will be awakened, so be careful not to reflect it. In addition, because there is a ski resort on the hillside of Yatsugatake, it is partly a bald mountain, and it makes us regret that we are destroying nature on our own. ? There is a hiking trail, and you can climb Mt. Iimori from this parking lot. Since there are no dangerous spots, this course is recommended for beginners. However, it is human nature to think that if you do your best to climb, you will be able to see a better view, but in fact, it is necessary to know that Hirasawa Pass is better at taking pictures than the summit of Yatsugatake. (Although it can be seen in a wider area, it loses its power due to the distance) However, there is no doubt that it is a wonderful view with an open view of Mt. Kitadake and other areas of the Southern Alps. Overall, it is a recommended observatory that I would like you to visit at least once.

The view of Yatsugatake is wonderful. There were many climbers' cars in the large parking lot. The night starry sky is a natural planetarium.
