つけ麺は安定の美味しさですが、倉庫のようなスペースは換気が悪く室内全体がカビ臭い。 暖房設備も充分でなく寒い。 スキー場で美味しいラーメンが食べられるのは希少なだけに非常に残念。
Tsukemen has a stable taste, but the space like a warehouse has poor ventilation and the whole room has a musty smell. The heating equipment is not enough and it is cold. It is very disappointing that delicious ramen can be eaten at ski resorts because it is rare.

あつもりの食券を購入。 休日の昼の時間帯のため、厨房は殺気立ってる感じが。 肝心のつけ麺は、スープは大勝軒らしい甘辛さだが、麺かボソボソで粉っぽく腰が無い。 帰京したら大勝軒に行き直そうと思った。

きのこラーメン、特盛もりそば、カツカレーを注文しました。 つけ麺のもりそばはスープ割りが1番好みです。

志賀高原の山の駅内に大勝軒夏季店がオープンしたとの情報を得て、早速訪問。 大勝軒のつけ麺ファンの自分ですが、店は都内に展開しておりコロナ禍で越境して食べに行かれないので、県内で食べられるのはメチャクチャ嬉しい! 山の駅構内の入口を入ると真っ正面にガラス張りの広々した店が見えます。 4人掛けテーブルが沢山ある他、窓側にはカウンター席も有り、かなり大勢のお客を収容出来ますが、さすがに人気店なので、順番待ちの列が並びます。 久しぶりの特製もりそば(つけ麺)を食券機で購入し、待つこと10数分.…懐かしい麺面に再会! 酸味が効いた、ちょい辛のスープにもちもちの中太ストレート麺が絶妙なハーモニーを奏でる至福の時間はあっという間に過ぎてしまった。 やや固めのチャーシューも、このつけ麺にはベストマッチ。 家内のオーダーした中華そばも美味しかった。 店内からは志賀高原スキー場のゲレンデが一望出来て眺望も最高。 夏季店の営業は11月3日までとのこと。

When you enter the entrance of the mountain station, you will see a spacious glass-enclosed shop directly in front of you. There are many tables for 4 people, and there are counter seats on the window side, which can accommodate a large number of customers, but since it is a popular shop, there are lines waiting in line. I bought a special morisoba (tsukemen) for the first time in a long time with a ticket machine and waited for 10 minutes .... I met the nostalgic noodles again! The blissful time when the sour, slightly spicy soup and the chewy medium-thick straight noodles play an exquisite harmony has passed in no time. The slightly firm char siu is also the best match for this tsukemen. The Chinese soba I ordered from my wife was also delicious. From the inside of the store, you can overlook the slopes of Shiga Kogen Ski Resort and the view is the best. The summer store will be open until November 3rd.

たまたま見たローカルニュースで… 山之内大勝軒が6月3日にオープンすると情報キャッチいたしましてん(笑) もう…おっさん居ても立っても居られない… 中野から白根山に向かうR292号線・志賀草津高原ルートを… 野沢温泉・栄村方面に下るR471号線へと左折したら… 直ぐに志賀高原山の駅ございます… その中に6月3日にグランドオープンした… 初々しくも「山ノ内大勝軒」はじめまして! 店内はいかにもスキー場のレストランといった感じ…な スキー靴でそのままカレーライスとビールをあおったあの頃がお懐かしい… で…楽しみにしていたみなさまがたで… 信者らしき大勝軒のTシャツを着たディープな方だったり… 団塊の世代らしきご夫婦であったりとか… 客層は幅広く混沌とごった返しておりまして… 俺と同じように居ても立っても居られないみなさまがたが… 色めきだってホールは満席状態です… さすがに山の上価格(笑) かと言って引き返すわけにもいかないぞ…と 券売機で食券買って… お店のお母さんに渡しますと… 半券を渡されるシステムです… 品物が出来れば…半券の番号をマイクで呼び出す… 間違いなくスキー場レストランの名残り… わたくしは厨房が見て取れる最前列の窓際席に陣取りましたが… 時代はソーシャルに… 間隔をあけてアクリルよろしくテーブルも設置され… 奥の席だとその呼び出す声が聞こえないらしく… 取りに来ないラーメンがどんどん出来上がって… 引き渡しテーブルが一杯になるプチパニック… お店のみなさんも浮足立っておりました… 「特製もりそば₍950円₎」 麺の盛りは大人しめ… お店によってさまざまだが… 暗黙の大勝軒の盛りというものがある… ここらは山岸イズムを引き継いでいらっしゃらない… ただ…湧き水でこさえたという自家製麺は… どこかしら懐かしい甘酸っぱいタレによく合う… スープ割りは調味料も含めてセルフ… ポットに入ってるんでお好みで… まだ山岸さんが厨房に立っていたころ… 30年位前の話でしょうか… サンシャイン60で展示会があって… 池袋駅から徒歩で向かっていると… 創業店舗前に長蛇の列があった… 時計の針は10:30頃を差していただろうか… その頃のあたしはラーメンなどには全く興味がなく… 好んで食べるものではなかったが… 店に並ぶという行為に俄然興味が湧いて… 右も左もわからずに… 小説を立ち読みして待っている… メガネのお兄ちゃんの後ろに並んでみた… お兄ちゃんと世間話をしながら… 思っていたほど待ったという記憶はない… 「もりそば」なんて全く分かりませんでしたが… 常連らしき猛者が十中八九「もりそば」を頼んでいたので… 見よう見まねで通称「もり」を頼んでみた… 出てきて驚いた… 丼に山盛りの麺… 有無を言わさぬわんぱくstyle… アツアツのあの甘酸っぱい汁につけてすすれば… 箸が止まらず夢中になって食べた… その時にスープ割りってあったのだろうか? がっ…俺はタレをすべて平らげてしまった(笑) その後引くバランスが絶妙であった… お会計の時… カウンターでお姉ちゃんの二人組がラーメンを食べていた… ラーメンを食べていたのはお姉ちゃんたちだけであった… 季節は夏だったのかなぁ? そのラーメンもまたデカいこと! いろんなことに感激して… サンシャイン60に向かったのだが… 胃袋が吃驚したのか… 間髪入れずに3回トイレに駆け込んだ… まっ…その話はいらないわねぇ(笑)
