★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハイキングをしていて、割りと楽に絶景を拝める富士山ビューポイントとしての記憶が強い。
山頂は広くグループ登山にも向いており、冬は適度に積雪する事など季節の変化を楽しめる。
麓からの高低差が低く穏やかな山容で、かつ割りと短時間で訪れる山なのでハイキング初心者でも楽しめる山だと思う。
富士山眺望を期待するハイカー、安全かつ短時間でハイキングを楽しみたいハイカーにお勧めしたい山。
ただし冬は積雪や凍結する可能性が高いので、最低でも軽アイゼンなどは携行すべき。

雲がなければ富士見登山に最適と思います( 〃▽〃)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山中湖と富士山の眺望が素晴らしい（らしい。。）富士山には残念ながら雲がかかっていました。山頂は広々として、屋根付きのベンチもいくつもあり、お弁当を広げるには持ってこいですね。
山頂の東手前のススキの原（10月2日）がは風に揺られて、キラキラしていました。

The pampas grass field (October 2) in front of the eastern side of the mountaintop was swayed by the wind and was shining.
