★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの影響で学校が休校となり、製バン所がビンチです。私に出来るちいさな応援は、製バン所の牛乳バンを購入することです。牛乳バンは美味しいですよ。

あんとパン生地が、こんにゃくの飾り切りの様にねじってあり(写真参照)上にはホワイトチョコレートとココナッツのトッピング。
こう書くと子供向け菓子パンのようですが食べると甘さ控えめなので罪悪感はありません。
通常のあんぱんのように中にあんが入っているのではなくて生地に練り込まれているのでどこを食べてもあんの味がしつつもくどくなくて、あんこが好きではない家族もペロリでした。
トッピングのココナッツは噛むとプチプチと初めての食感で食べていて楽しい！
袋のメキシカンな男性のイラストはお店のパパさん作だそうで、なぜココナッツなのにメキシカンなのか考えながら見ているとジワります。
これはもしも形がどら焼きみたいに丸くて紙の小袋に入ってて箱に10個とか入ってたら「辰野銘菓です」と言って出しても通るんじゃないかな？
もちろんイラストはメキシカン風味のままで笑
牛乳パンと食パンも美味しい。
ピーナッツクリームはこれまた甘さ控えめで罪悪感を消してくれます。
食パンに塗ってヨシ、牛乳パンに塗って味変を楽しんでもヨシ。
冷蔵庫から出してすぐはかたくて塗りにくかったので少し時間をおくか、トーストに塗ればいいかも？(私は生の食パンに塗って食べたので)

If the shape is round like dorayaki and it's in a paper pouch and there are 10 or so in the box, I think it's possible to say "Tatsuno's famous confectionery".
Of course, the illustrations are still Mexican flavored lol
Milk bread and bread are also delicious.
Peanut cream is also modest in sweetness and eliminates guilt.
You can apply it to bread and enjoy the taste change.
It was hard and difficult to apply immediately after taking it out of the refrigerator, so maybe I should wait a little while or apply it to toast. (Because I spread it on raw bread and ate it)
