塩味と小麦の香りのバランスの良いバゲットが旨いのだが、めったに買えないのが残念である。ホワイトブレッドは、皮のパリパリ感に対して、中身の水分が多すぎてべチャっとしていが、トーストすると旨い。

食パン、イチヂク、ベーグルを購入。
翌朝の楽しみにしていましたが、帰ってから普段あまり呑まないビール(宇宙ビール✨)と、食パンをグリルで焼いて、塩とオリーブオイルで食べました。幸せです♡絶品。
他も楽しみ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019/3/8 2度目の訪問。メニューは食パン、イチジクとクルミのパン、バゲット、ベーグルの4品のみ。バゲットとベーグルは1人1点まで。イチジクとクルミのパンの味が忘れられず、念願叶っての再訪。バゲットもベーグルもモチモチの食感でとても美味しい。前日に予約をしておけば取り置きしてもらえる。
2019/3/8 Second visit. Menu is only bread, bread of walnut, baguette, bagel. Baguette and bagel are limited to 1 person. I can not forget the taste of the bread of walnuts and walnuts, I wish for a return and come back again. Baguette and bagel are very tasty with a sense of mochi. If you make a reservation the day before, you can leave it.

最初お店に入った時はメニューが少なくてどうしようかな、、と思いました。
ですが、家に帰って食べてみたら生地はモチモチ、味も奥行きがあって甘くてすぐに食べきってしまいました。
何もつけずに食べてとても美味しかった〜！
買ったのはベーグルとバケットで、価格もリーズナブルでした♪
また食べたい！！
ちなみにお店の名前は「フリルフスリフ」で、自然の中で生きるという意味のノルウェー語だそうです。
お店の外観も北欧感満載でした^^
