★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下のトイレが使用不可。壊れているのか、演者専用にしているのか分からないけど、多くの人が入るライブイベントなどでは不便。狭い地下でスペースをやり繰りしてるのだろうけれど。控え室の煙草の煙がイベントスペースにガンガン流れてくるのもNG。
The underground toilet cannot be used. I don't know if it's broken or dedicated to the performers, but it's inconvenient for live events where many people enter. I suppose I'm managing the space in a small basement. It is also NG that the smoke of cigarettes in the waiting room flows into the event space.

夜に行くなら尚更分かりにくい。
親切な分かりやすい看板などはありません。
ホテルMAREさんの青い看板を目印にして向かうと分かりやすいですね。
ホテルMAREさんの正面のビルですが、入り口は横にあります。
マンションの入り口のような所を入りエレベーターの地下1階がスタジオになっています。見つけるまでビルの周りをグルグル10分ほど回ってしまいました。
ラジオの収録と聴いて向かったので、もう少し分かりやすい場所と思っていました。
画像が入り口なんですけど、一見でこれはわかりませんでした。
初めて行かれる方は気をつけてください。
普通のマンションの入り口に見えますので。
スタジオに男女別のトイレはちゃんとありましたので、星5つです。

The building is in front of Hotel MARE, but the entrance is on the side.
Entering a place like the entrance of an apartment, the studio is on the first basement floor of the elevator. I went around the building for about 10 minutes until I found it.
I went to listen to the radio recording, so I thought it was a little easier to understand.
The image is the entrance, but at first glance I couldn't understand this.
Please be careful if you are going for the first time.
It looks like the entrance to an ordinary condominium.
There are separate toilets for men and women in the studio, so it has 5 stars.
