★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自動車運転免許の更新で数年に一度は訪れる場所です。
名古屋中から人が来るだけあって案内も多言語対応、また運転免許試験場への案内矢印もにぎやか。写真はありませんが試験場へのバス停には料金(welfare)の案内が英語でありました。
ちなみに試験場までは、歩くと片道30分程度かかります。
昨今の情勢を鑑みてか、咳エチケットと手洗いの啓発ポスターも日本語と英語と中国語が怒涛のように6枚並んで掲示されていました。

As people come from all over Nagoya, the guides are multilingual, and the guide arrows to the driver's license examination center are lively. Although there is no photo, the information about the fare (welfare) was in English at the bus stop to the test site.
By the way, it takes about 30 minutes one way to walk to the test site.
Considering the current situation, six posters for cough etiquette and handwashing awareness were posted side by side in angry waves in Japanese, English and Chinese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電車で免許センターを訪れる人はこの駅でバスと乗り換えるであろう駅です。だからか、駅には免許センターへの案内がありました。放送でも案内しているようです。
構内は古めかしい蛍光灯が点いていますが、それでも構内は薄暗く、名鉄の車両の古さも相まってどこか、一昔にタイムスリップしたような気分になりました。（個人の感想です。）
People who visit the license center by train will change to the bus at this station. That's why there was a guide to the license center at the station. It seems that they are also broadcasting.
There are old fluorescent lights on the premises, but the premises were still dim, and the old cars of Meitetsu also made me feel like I was back in time. (This is my personal impression.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古めの地下鉄駅です。トイレはあります。免許更新時のみ利用します。バスも使うので、1日乗車券の方が断然お得です。
It is an old subway station. There is a toilet. Only used when renewing your license. I also use the bus, so the one-day ticket is definitely better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで定期を購入しましたが、すごく駅長室の方の態度が悪いです。こんにちは！とこちらが言っても無視。小声で早口で威圧感のある駅長室でした。次購入する時は降車駅で購入しようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下鉄には身体障害者のためのエレベーターが有る。平針駅近くには深夜営業もしてる牛丼松屋があり、ほかにもミスタードーナツなど安い飲食店やグルメが喜びそうなイタリアンレストランや炭火焼き肉屋、３千円で食べ放題の餃子店などがある。
The subway has an elevator for people with disabilities. Beef bowl Matsuya, which is open late at night, is also near Hirai Needle Station. There are also cheap restaurants such as Mr. Donut, an Italian restaurant where you can enjoy gourmet food, a charcoal grilled meat shop, and an all-you-can-eat dumpling shop for 3,000 yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶴舞線は、他の地下鉄よりも 本数が少なめなので、気を長くして 待ちます。
平針駅は、古いままでした。利用は していませんが、トイレは 新しくなった様に見えました。
The number of Tsurumai lines is smaller than that of other subways, so be patient and wait.
Hirabari station was still old. I haven't used it, but the toilet looked like it was new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1番線が赤池・豊田市方面、2番線が伏見・上小田井方面でICカード対応の駅です。エレベーターやエスカレーター、トイレ(改札外)もあります。
平針試験場の最寄り駅で駅前の市バスターミナルからバスが出ています(およそ10分で試験場に行けます。市バスターミナル利用の方は1番出口利用が便利です)。
Line 1 is for Akaike / Toyota City, and Line 2 is for Fushimi / Ueodai, which is an IC card compatible station. There are also elevators, escalators and toilets (outside the ticket gates).
There is a bus from the city bus terminal in front of the station at the nearest station to the flat needle test site (you can reach the test site in about 10 minutes. If you are using the city bus terminal, it is convenient to use Exit 1).
