★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 永源寺を散策した後に、ひのやさんへランチ。お豆腐御膳を注文。お豆腐は、なめらか！湯葉は、これが湯葉！美味しく頂きました。
 After strolling around Eigenji Temple, we had lunch at Hinoya-san. I ordered tofu set. Tofu is smooth! This is Yuba! We had delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鰻目当てで来ました。この辺では珍しく関東風でした。蒸してます。タレは甘め、ご飯の量は多いです。
画像は鰻重ダブルです。ご飯の中にさらに鰻あり。個人的な好みですが、やはり香ばしい焼いた香りがして、皮はパリッとして中はフンワリの関西風がいいなあ。
悪くはないですが、好みの問題と鰻重自体が熱くなかったのが残念でした。岩魚と田楽は美味しかったですが、こちらも熱々なら最高でした。ペイペイ他クレジット使えました。
I came to meet you. It was an unusual Kanto style here. I'm steamed. The sauce is sweet and the amount of rice is large.
The image is double double. There is more rice cake in the rice. It is my personal preference, but it still has a fragrant baked scent, the skin is crispy, and the inside is nice with a funky Kansai style.
It's not bad, but it was a pity that the problem of preference and the weight was not hot. The rockfish and takura were delicious, but they were great if they were hot. You could use PayPay and other credits.

ご飯はちゃんと炊いてもらってますかね〜。ところどころダマがありました。

以前は選択肢の多い三重県津市などに行きましたが、今ではコスパ的に県内の此方で頂いております。
永源寺こんにゃくや地元の豆腐を使った湯豆腐などもありよろしいなー。
定番のウナギのかば焼き（関東風）、白焼き、秋限定の秋刀魚寿司

I used to go to Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, where there are many choices, but now I have it here in the prefecture as a cospa.
Eigenji konjac and yudofu made from local tofu are also available.

鰻と湯葉が有名みたいですね。
ならばと、湯葉を単品とミニ鰻丼、湯豆腐のセットを頂きました(-д☆)ｷﾗｯ
ミニ鰻丼は肉厚で美味しかった✨
湯葉も歯ごたえが良く、また行きたいです。

お店はおしゃれで清潔、
駐車場はたっぷりありました。
店員さんも気持ちの良い接客で
テキパキしててよかったです。
季節でメニューが変わるみたいですね
肝心のうなぎは、美味しかったです。
うなぎ専門店では無いのかな
専門店に比べるとなんか１つ足らないような
気がしないでも無いです。
家から遠くて度々通うのは難しいんですが
湯葉も食べてみたいので
近くに来た場合は寄ってみたいと思いました。
