M	Mackerel white on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神戸はケーキ店が豊富でハイレベル。店名は以前から知っていましたが、頂く機会がなくニューオープンと言う事で足を運んでみました。私は、旬のフルーツを使った、「神戸無花果のモンブラン税込¥432」と「リンゴケーキ税込¥464」を頂きました。「無花果のモンブラン」は私好みの甘さ控えめ。モンブランは、特にマロンだと甘ったるいのが苦手なので、どうかなぁと思ったけど、無花果に惹かれて選んで正解でした。無花果の自然な甘さと相まって絶妙。「リンゴケーキ」は中に、キャラメルムースとリンゴのジュレが。ムースは柔らかいので、リンゴはもう少し歯応えか、リンゴプラス　ナッツ系など食感が感じられるものが入っているほうが良かったなぁと思いました。でも、どちらも美味しかったです。オープン記念で頂いた焼き菓子も、大変美味しく、ギフトで購入したいですね。レジ袋にもきちんと入れてくださり、店員さんの対応もよく、リピートしたいです。 Kobe has abundant cake shops and is of a high level. ち	ちゃんまゆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神戸で生まれ育った洋菓子のﾎﾞｯｸｻﾝ。ｺｰﾌﾟﾃﾞｲｽﾞ神戸北町に新店舗がｵｰﾌﾟﾝしました。さっそく立ち寄りましたが､お客様で大変賑わっていました。最近のｹｰｷは甘さが控えめな物も多いですが､ﾎﾞｯｸｻﾝのｹｰｷは甘くて大きめで食べ応えがあります。これから､気軽に購入出来ると思うと嬉しいです(^^) Boxsan, a Western confectionery born and raised in Kobe. A new store has opened in Co-op Kobe Kitamachi. I stopped by at once, but it was very crowded with customers. Most of the recent cakes have a modest sweetness, but the boxsan cakes are sweet and large and have a satisfying taste. I'm glad if you can buy it easily from now on (^^)
