欠陥住宅を売りつけて逃げる会社のようです。建材も汚れまみれ、床下もゴミだらけで放置されたと聞いては施主としては依頼する気になりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家の隣にここの建物が建ったのですが、工事を行うにあたっての挨拶もない。途中現場代理人に一応説明に来て欲しいとお願いしても約束の時間に現れず、連絡も取れない。
近所に迷惑かけといて何も説明も出来ない会社を選ぶと、発注した家主が一番可愛そうだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 檜家で建てた家は非常に傷が多いです。もしいい家を建てたいならば他の業者をオススメします。何かあった時の営業さんの対応が悪いです。少なくとも私が選んだ営業さんは対応が良くなかったです。傷を直してほしいときに何度も見に来ましたが、直してはくれませんでした。そして客のせいにすることもありました。檜家に関しては慎重に考えていったほうがいいと思います。
The house built by Hinokiya has a lot of scratches. If you want to build a good house, I recommend another company. The sales person's response is bad when something happens. At least the sales person I chose wasn't very responsive. I came to see it many times when I wanted to repair the wound, but he didn't repair it. And sometimes I blamed the customer. I think you should think carefully about Hinokiya.
