★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレーム入れた際の電話対応が最悪でした。まず女性スタッフ、そして男性スタッフもハイハイと聞き流すような態度、上から目線の話し方。折り返すと言われ2時間くらい放置されたのでこちらから電話をかけ直しました。
実際現場に来た際、このレビュー見たようでわざわざプリントアウトして弁護士がどうのこうの、市役所ではもっと遅い対応だと訳の分からない言い訳を言われた。雨漏りをどこの別の会社に相談しているのかも探られました。こちらが不快な思いをしたことには間違いないのに結局、謝罪の言葉一つなかった。最後まで本当にがっかりしました。世の中こんな会社あるんだと思いました。
The telephone response when I made a complaint was the worst. First of all, the female staff and the male staff have an attitude that makes them listen to each other, and how to speak from above. I was told to call back and left it for about 2 hours, so I called back from here.
When I actually came to the scene, I was told that I had seen this review and printed it out, and the lawyer made an incomprehensible excuse that the response was slower at the city hall. I was also able to find out which other company I was consulting about the leak. There was no doubt that I felt uncomfortable, but in the end, there was no word of apology. I was really disappointed until the end. I thought there was such a company in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工事後、電話で工事のクレーム入れたら折り返しますと言われてから連絡こない。その後自分の方から電話すると事務の電話対応がひどい。お待たせしてすいませんとかの対応も無し。ここの会社は電話対応などの教育してるのか？疑問です。
テラスの工事後3年で雨漏りしました。原因はコーキング不足でした。こちらで工事検討してる方はおすすめしません。
After the construction, I will not contact you after being told that I will call back if I make a complaint about the construction by phone. After that, when I call from myself, the office call is terrible. There is no response such as I'm sorry to have kept you waiting. Is the company here educating about telephone support? I have a question.
It leaked three years after the construction of the terrace. The cause was lack of caulking. We do not recommend those who are considering construction here.
