ただその理由を聞いて、そしてその真剣さが他社とは格段に違ったので設計/見積を依頼することにしました。
その後、図面が完成した時は今までの(他2～3社)提案とは全く異なるもので、私たちが困っているところを快適にしてくれる提案(図面)で驚きました‼（さらっとしか要望を伝えていなかったのですが…）
私たち家族の生活に寄り添って、どうしたら生活しやすいか、過ごしやすい庭になるとか真剣に考えてくれました。
打合せ中はもちろん工事中もこまめに説明をしてくれ、不安なく進められました。
結果「ここはこうしたら良かった」「思っていたのとちがう」など全くなく、むしろ思った以上の仕上がりになりました。お庭と私たちへの真剣さ、愛がかんじられるセレン・トセンドさんにお願いして本当に良かったです！ありがとうございました！

私たちもそうですが、何も分からず何の知識もなく、という状態でしたが相談したらすごく丁寧に教えてくれたので、不安点疑問点はどんどん聞くと良いと思います！（聞く前に直ぐ教えてくれますが）
予算、お金のことも心配かと思いますが、一緒に考えてくれます‼
To be honest, I was a little surprised at the design / estimation method.
I just asked why, and since the seriousness was so different from other companies, I decided to request a design / quotation.
After that, when the drawing was completed, it was completely different from the proposals (2 or 3 other companies) so far, and I was surprised at the proposal (drawing) that made us comfortable where we were in trouble! (I was only communicating my request lightly ...)
He was close to the life of our family and seriously thought about how to make it easier to live and how to make the garden comfortable.
He explained diligently during the meeting as well as during the construction, and proceeded without anxiety.
As a result, there was no such thing as "I wish I had done this here" or "It was different from what I expected", but rather the result was better than I expected. It was really nice to ask Mr. Seren Tosend, who is serious about the garden and us, and loves us! thank you very much!
