寡黙なご主人が造る料理は派手さは有りませんがしっかり修行を積まれたであろう料理はツボをおさえた好感が持てます。
軽く飲みに数回通っただけなので、ふぐやスッポン料理は食べていませんが、どの品も納得の味でした。
It is a restaurant that is quietly open to the downtown of Hamamatsu, Chitose-cho.
The dishes made by the quiet master are not flashy, but the dishes that would have been well trained can have a good feeling with the key points suppressed.

クセは全然ありませんがコレがスッポン!ってのも味的によく分かりませんでしたがコラーゲンたっぷりってのはよく分かりましたよ。
珍味?キモ刺しも中々食べられるものでは無いがコースにあります。
他の方がupしてるスッポン鍋って落ち着いた感じだけど、自分に提供されたのはグラグラに煮えたったのでした。
冬はフグ、夏はハモ狙いでまた行きたい。
目立たない場所にありますが、少しお小遣い貯めて行ってみたい
たまにはこんな贅沢もいいもんですな

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてのすっぽんコースです。あっさりヘルシーでクセも無くこれぞコラーゲンという感じで女性受けしそうです。お願いしておいた鰻のお刺身と白焼きさらにどうまんガニも満足の一品でした。独立されて10年未満との事でしたが、ご夫婦二人で切盛りされているようで温かみのある接客と共にとてもリーズナブルで良心的な日本料理屋さん。おススメです。

女将さんも優しく上品な方で、落ち着いてゆっくりお食事を楽しめました。
平日でしたが近隣のコインパーキングは満車のところが多く、少し離れたところが空いていたので無事停められました。
また食べに来たいです♬︎
