There was an errand at the city hall, but I went to this tourist association for teaching on Saturday. Be kind and polite, including brochures and restaurants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年8月7日に配布を開始した三木市のマンホールカードは平日は「三木市上下水道部庁舎」内の下水道課窓口で配布されていますが、土日祝日はココ「三木市観光協会」で9:00〜17:00に配布です。
The manhole card in Miki City, which started distribution on August 7, 2019, is distributed at the sewer section of the Miki City Waterworks and Sewerage Office on weekdays. It is distributed from 9:00 to 17:00.

マンホールカードのプラットフォームでは、休日はここで貰えると書かれてますが、現在配布はしていないと職員の人に言われました。
職員の人にスゴく丁寧な説明と謝罪をされました。
皆さん、気をつけて下さい。
First of all, manhole cards are not distributed here.
The manhole card platform says that you can get a holiday here, but the staff member told me that it is not currently distributed.
The staff gave me a very polite explanation and an apology.
Be careful everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年６月３日三木へ再び訪れました！５月２０日のレトロジと三木駅復興イベント以来です！中央公民館へ５月２０日に写していただいた大村崑さんとのツーショットの写真をもらいに来ました！トンボ帰りするのも選択肢にあったけど、三木のこの付近を散策しようと気が変わり先ずは、観光協会へ行きました。中央公民館の横にあります！入ってこの辺の観光をスッタフさんに相談するとスッタフさん親切丁寧に説明していただきました！
観光協会には、少しだけど三木のお土産などもありました！少し暑い日でした！着物姿の私の為にさりげなくエアコン温度を下げてくれたりお心遣いありがとうございました！
お陰でゆっくりと楽しく散策できました！またお伺いしますのでよろしくお願いしますね！古民家玉置家と小河家と焼損した三木駅舎跡とナメラ商店街三寿べ刃物製作など行く先々で地元の方々と楽しく雑談などをしてきました！昼食は、意外にも居酒屋の風林火山さんで和食の定食いただきました！あとマイカ−は、観光協会横に有ります駐車場へ一日中止めました！無料です！
I visited Miki again on June 3, 2018! This is the first time since May 20th, Retroji and Miki station reconstruction event! I came to the central public hall to get a two-shot picture with Mr. Kun Omura who was copied on May 20! Returning to the dragonfly was also an option, but I changed my mind to take a walk around Miki and first went to the tourist association. Next to the Central Community Center! When I entered and consulted with Mr. Stuff about sightseeing in this area, Mr. Stuff kindly explained carefully!
There were a few Miki souvenirs at the tourist association! It was a little hot day! Thank you very much for your kindness in lowering the temperature of the air conditioner for me in a kimono!
Thanks to you, I was able to take a leisurely walk! I'll be visiting you again, so thank you! We had fun chats with the local people everywhere we went, including the old folk house Tamaki and the Ogawas, the site of the burned Miki station building, and the Namera shopping district Sanjube knife production! Unexpectedly, we had a Japanese set meal at the izakaya Furubayashi volcano! Also, the mica parked at the parking lot next to the tourist association all day long! Free!
