★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日赤病院周りに多くの薬局がありますが、ここは、お薦めしません。チェーン店だからか、客は客。人としては見ていません。
お客さんがあまりいない中、2時間近く待たされました。処方箋を出してお薬をお願いしてから、1時間位経ったときに、あまりに遅いので一度確認して欲しい旨をお伝えしましたが、「ちゃんとやっているので、座って待っておけ。」
のような感じで対応されました。ちょっとイラッと来ましたが、やってくれているのならと思い、待ち続けました。
更に1時間経ったときに、もう一度確認をお願いしたら、お店側もさすがにおかしいと思ったのか、やっと確認をしてもらえました。
すると、二階がお薬を準備する部屋みたいなのですが、二階へ依頼する際に送るカゴに私の処方箋が、残っていたみたいであわてていました。その後15分ほどしたら、直ぐに名前を呼ばれて、お会計。
なにかちゃんと謝罪の言葉が有るのかと思えば、「ありがとうーございやしたー」の軽い一言。
あまりに頭に来たので、これだけ待たせてそれはないだろうと言うと、目も会わさずに、「おそくなりやして、すいませんしたー」との一言。あきれました。大きな病院の近くと言うこともあり、周りには多くの薬局が有りますが、一番大変が悪く、時間も待たされる感じがします。チェーン店なのであまりお客さんを大切にしていない雰囲気があります。

I had to wait for almost two hours while there weren't many customers. About an hour after I gave my prescription and asked for medicine, I told him that it was too late so I would like him to check it once, but he said, "I'm doing it properly, so please sit down and wait."
It was handled like this. I came a little irritated, but I kept waiting, thinking that he was doing it.
After another hour, I asked for confirmation again, and I finally got confirmation that the shop side thought it was strange.
Then, the second floor was like a room to prepare medicine, but I was in a hurry as if my prescription was left in the basket I sent when requesting to the second floor. About 15 minutes after that, my name was immediately called and I made a payment.
If you think that there are some words of apology, a light word of "Thank you-thank you".
I was so confused that I wouldn't have to wait this long, and without even seeing him, he said, "I'm sorry I'm late." I was disappointed. Since it is near a large hospital, there are many pharmacies around, but it is the worst and it feels like you have to wait for a while. Since it is a chain store, there is an atmosphere that does not value customers very much.
