先生も看護士の方も受付の方も、スタッフの皆さんとても丁寧に対応してくだいます。
うちのわんこはビビリで、注射や体温計る時には悲鳴のような鳴き声をあげて抵抗するのですが…それでも温かい対応をしていただけて感謝しています。

My dog is chattering, and when I inject or take a thermometer, I scream and resist, but I am grateful for the warm response.

何件も動物病院を回りましたが一番信頼でき、猫に合っていたのがこちらでした。
ご夫婦で獣医師をされています。
院長先生はとても優しく知識もおありで、他のスタッフさんも皆さん親切にしてくださいました。
「諦めてください」と言う病院が多かった中で、
「がんばっていきましょう！」と言ってくれたのはこちらだけでした。
猫は奇跡的に回復し、今も元気です。
こちらの病院に出逢えたこと、本当に感謝しています。
こんなにいい病院は他にないと思います。
今は他県に引っ越してしまったので通えませんが、また住むことがあれば必ずこちらにかかりたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小動物の診察ができない日があるそうですが、ホームページを見ないと分かりません。院内に診察日のお知らせ等あるのかもしれませんが全く目立たないので、小動物を診てもらえない日がある事は分からない人も多そう。私も分からず行ってしまい、会計時に看護師に注意をされてしまいました。また、ホームページを見るとこっちのページは木曜なのに別のページは火曜が小動物を診れない日…となってるので、どっちが正しいのか、またどちらの日もなのかよく分からないです。お知らせの仕方が雑で混乱します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護師さんがいて成り立っているような病院だったのに今までいた看護師さんが辞めてしまって気軽に話ができなくなりました。
先生の診察も前にも増して雑になってとても不安でした。
看護師さんが良くて来てた方は病院を変えた方がいいと思います。
最後に
受付の時に親身に話を聞いて、先生との話で分からないところを分かるように説明してくれて何が1番最善なのか一緒に考えてくれた看護師さんにはとても感謝しています。

優しい先生と看護師さんが数名います。
獣医さんは、男性です。
今回は健康診断とノミダニでかかりましたが、説明もありますし、診察もしっかり診てくれたと、思います。
待合室も広めで猫犬で、分けてる！？ので、安心して待ってられます。
初めてかかると、写真を撮影してくれてシールを作って頂きました?
